2. Scope of the Service

EstheFlow is a SaaS (software-as-a-service) platform that answers customer messages from Instagram, WhatsApp, and Facebook Messenger using AI, creates bookings, tracks customers/service packages, and provides performance analytics. The features offered may vary depending on your chosen plan; the current plan/feature comparison is available on the Pricing page.

3. Account and Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy and currency of the information you provide at registration.
• Your business is responsible for the security of your account credentials and for any actions taken through your account.
• The content of AI replies sent through the Platform is based on the service/pricing information you provide; keeping that information accurate and up to date is the User's responsibility.
• Using the Platform for unlawful, deceptive purposes, or in a way that infringes the rights of third parties, is prohibited.

4. Fees and Payment

Paid plans are valid for the selected package term and are collected via the Shopier payment infrastructure. Plan upgrades/downgrades and cancellations can be made from your account panel; current pricing is published on the Pricing page.

5. Intellectual Property

The Platform's software, design, and brand belong to EstheFlow. The User holds a limited, non-transferable right to use the service solely for its intended purpose.

6. Termination of Service

The User may close their account at any time. EstheFlow reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the account in the event of a breach of these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

EstheFlow does not warrant that the service will operate uninterrupted or error-free. Because the ultimate accuracy of AI replies generated through the Platform is based on the information provided by your business, EstheFlow cannot be held liable for it to the maximum extent permitted by law.
